The Centro Rural Sineu is less than 50 yards from the main clocktower square, and opened in April 2008 after a two-year refurbishment.

The renovation involved completely restoring the house, using local craftsman and traditional materials, with all new roofing, walls and flooring, to create an up-to-date luxury Mallorcan home whilst retaining the traditional style.

All rooms are uniquely different and have been individually decorated in a simple but elegant style, and the house has dining and bar facilities, areas for activities and relaxing, and 7 double-bedded rooms, all with en-suite shower and WC.
